WHAT IS YOUR NEW PATIENT PROCEDURE?
After scheduling your appointment online or by phone, be on the lookout for an email with your new patient paperwork. Bring the completed paperwork with you to your appointment and then you will have a consultation with Dr. Lance followed by an in-depth exam. If follow-up tests are needed they will be ordered, otherwise treatment will be administered and your treatment plan will be explained.
DO WE ACCEPT HEALTHÂ INSURANCE?
At this time CSCI is not accepting any health insurance plans due to Dr. Callie wanting to provide high quality care that is best for you instead of being dictated by insurance companies. The services during a visit can include adjustments, active rehabilitation, dry needling, soft tissue manipulation, and taping if needed. Dr. Lance will provide Superbills upon written request.
